It is for anyone who may have a family connection, or is a former member, … Friends, Romans, etc…. ARCHERY SA is proud to announce it has created a Friend of ARCHERY SA online membership category. It is for anyone who may have a family connection, or is a former member, or perhaps just has a general interest in archery or not even any involvement with archery (wherever they may be in the world) but wishes to establish a link and be kept informed of news and events. Membership is FREE and, in time, various incentives will be considered as soon as the detail is worked out. Going forward, mechanisms to manage and properly service the Friends will be arranged. The Friends could assist in various functions, which have been put on the back-burner because of a lack of personnel, such as chronicling the history of archery in SA, for example. For people to become a Friend, simply click on the JOIN button on the ARCHERY SA or Archery Australia websites and select ARCHERY SA as the State and Club and follow the prompts! or click here for details (Please note: The Friend status is purely an online member type and does not entitle the person to undertake Club activities and/or hold positions at Club level or to coverage under Archery Australia Insurance (even as a Non-Shooting member.) If they wish to have that level of (non-shooting) involvement, they will be directed to consider Associate Membership through a Club.)
