There is a call for Board Nominations, a call for any Business for the AGM, including Annual Reports from Officers, a call for any Notices of Motion and a call for nominations for Life Membership.

In addition, the State Government is moving to mandate the gender make-up of Boards of sporting associations. The intention and ultimate goal is for Boards to comprise 40% male, 40% female and 20% optional. In ARCHERY SA’s case, the Board comprises five Elected Board Members and two Appointed Board Members, for a total of seven. This will under the 40/40/20 requirement equate to 3 male and 3 female, with one extra. The Board welcomes and encourages nominations from female members for the two vacancies and two appointed positions.
