(At 5 July – more than 50% of SA Clubs are now using the system, though not yet “public”.) It allows you to securely renew your membership online using a computer, tablet or smartphone, if you so desire. If you don’t have access to these, you can still renew using a printed form (see below). Provided your Club has chosen to actively use the system for online and offline payments (you will need to check with your Club whether they’ve got organised yet), you can request from your Club (Secretary, Treasurer or Membership Officer) to provide a computer-generated Username and a Password. Click on the ?Existing Members RENEW? button (on the right-hand side of this page). Enter your Username and Password and click on the “Login” button. On the next screen click on ?Update My Details? button. On this screen you can update your details, contact numbers, mailing addresses, etc. You can also change the Username (be aware however, that only one version of the Username is allowed in the system… if someone else is already using “Archer” (for example), you won’t be able to use it). You are also urged to change the Password to something you can remember. Please check your renewal date. If you have any questions, please contact your Club. When the time comes to renew, you have 3 options: Option 1 (preferred) Renew On-Line; Pay By Credit or Debit Card (VISA or MasterCard only) Complete the subscription and declarations and pay by credit/debit card. You are now registered and insured and you will receive your Archery Australia membership card in a few weeks. Print the electronic receipt as an interim proof of current membership. (While your Club receives confirmation of all payments at the end of each week, it can see your renewed membership details instantly.) Option 2 Renew On-Line; Pay by Direct Deposit, Cash or Cheque Complete the subscription and declarations and click on the “Online Application for Membership. NO PAYMENT MADE” button. Your details are now in the system awaiting payment. You now need to pay your subscription at the Club. Once the Club records the payment on the system, you will be registered and insured and you will receive your Archery Australia membership card in a few weeks. (Ask for a written receipt from your Club at the time of payment, as an interim proof of current membership.) Option 3 Complete the Paper Form, Pay by Direct Deposit, Cash or Cheque Complete your Club’s subscription form, acknowledge the declarations and pay your subscription at the Club or to the Club’s Bank Account (for a Direct Deposit, you will also need to advise the Club of the reference details of the transaction, the date paid and amount paid). Once the Club enters your details and makes the payment, you will be registered and insured and you will receive your Archery Australia membership card in a few weeks. (Ask for a written receipt from your Club at the time of payment, as an interim proof of current membership.) Several whose membership is now due for renewal have already successfully renewed their membership for another year, using Option 1 or 2 – you should too; if you’re not able to login, perhaps it’s time to tell your Club you want to!) Even if the Club does not offer online payments, you should still be able to update your personal details – after all, YOU should be in control of the information stored on your behalf. (Clubs are reminded to direct all membership enquiries and returns to ARCHERY SA’s Membership Officer.)
