- Set up from 7.30 am (all archers are expected to contribute)
- Registration & Equipment Inspection – 8.00 am to 8.10 am
- Official Practice – 8.10 am to 8.40 am
- Commencement of 1st round – 8.45 am
- Commencement of 2nd round – 30 minutes after last score of the 1st round has been recorded
