RGB TEAMS EVENTS:

In accordance with the ARCHERY South Australia Indoor Teams Selection Policy, ARCHERY SA will conduct a formal selection process for the RGB Recurve (Senior & Youth) Indoor Teams and Compound (Senior & Youth) Indoor Teams for the National Indoor Archery Championships Team Events.

(“Recurve” includes Recurve Barebow and Longbow; “Compound” includes Compound Barebow’)

Each team comprises up to 4 archers.

Whilst the Youth Teams* are limited to Youth Classes (any gender), the Senior Teams may comprise archers of any age or gender. Archers wishing to qualify for the team will need to satisfy the following criteria to be eligible for selection. (*The Youth Team must comprise 1 x Cub, 1 x Intermediate, 1 x Cadet and 1 x 20&Under archer.)

• The teams will be selected from the National Indoor Ranking List as at the last day of the month, at least one full month before the month of the Championships (i.e. as the event is 10/11 July, the selection date cut-off is 31 May). For each team, the highest four ranked archers and who have entered the National Indoor Championships will qualify.
• Should an archer decline to be part of a team, the next ranked archer will be invited onto the relevant team and so on, until the team is filled. If the next and/or subsequent archers have not reached a minimum score rating of 75 (compound) or 70 (recurve), no further positions will be filled.

No team funding is applicable for the National Indoor Championships.
