’s-Hertogenbosch, NED 10-16 June Three South Australian archers have been named in the Australian Team to compete at the 2019 World Archery Championships in The Netherlands in June. Pat Coghlan Victor Harbor Archery Club Compound Andrew Kuchel Great Southern Archers Compound David Barnes Adelaide Archery Club Recurve The South Australian contingent has some fine pedigree…. Pat was a Bronze Medallist at the Shanghai World Cup event in 2017 and Silver Medallist at the 2019 Australian Open. Andrew’s recent successes have included winning the 2019 Easton Australian Open at Victor Harbor in February and the State Championships at Mylor (in less than ideal conditions) with a stunning 1400 (from 1440). David was a Team Silver Medallist at the World Cup event in Medellin, Columbia in April, the team only succumbing to the Korean powerhouse in a close final and he was also a Silver Medallist at the Hoyt National Matchplay Series Finals at Victor Harbor in March.
