Borrow Equipment

Clubs (with a minimum of 5 financial (full) members) may apply to borrow equipment for a maximum of 12 months, subject to...... **Provision of a financial plan for building sufficient funds during that time to replace loan equipment with Club equipment...... **Meeting the above requirements would not pay for maintenance of the equipment provided it is returned in a timely fashion at the completion of the 12 months......**Clubs are responsible for any abnormal damage due to misuse...... **May not loan or redistribute the contents of the trailer without express written permission of ARCHERY SA...... **Must undertake an audit at the commencement and finalisation of the loan...... **An additional audit every 6 months must be submitted to ARCHERY SA with a confirmation of the location of equipment as well as a status of the maintenance of the equipment. Audits need to be returned to ARCHERY SA and validated as correct by a Club Officer...... **Being responsible for the repair of equipment whilst on loan and expected to returning equipment in good working order (excluding normal wear and tear)......
