In addition, the State Government expects diversity of gender on Boards of sporting associations, particularly if State grant funding has been provided or is under consideration. The intention is for Boards to comprise 40% male, 40% female and 20% optional.

In ARCHERY SA’s case, the Board comprises five Elected Board Members and two Appointed Board Members, for a total of seven. This, under the 40:40:20 measure, equates to 3 male and 3 female, with one extra.

The Board welcomes and encourages nominations from members of any gender for the elected director positions and the two appointed member positions. Please apply to help make a positive contribution to archery in South Australia.
