2015 Archery Australia National & ARCHERY SA State Indoor Archery Championships

Venue(s) – Goolwa and Ingle Farm Starting at 9.00 am, 19 July Entries open 8.01 am, 4 July and close 8.00 am, 13 July   GOOLWA INGLE FARM Morning sessions: WA Indoor 18/600 Round Afternoon sessions: 2 x Australian Indoor 1 Rounds (18m)   Please note the current policy: ARCHERY South Australia Indoor Teams Selection Policy ARCHERY SA will conduct a formal selection process for the RGB Recurve Indoor Team and Compound Indoor Team for the National Indoor Archery Championships Team Events. (“Recurve” includes Recurve Barebow and Longbow; “Compound” includes Compound Barebow’) Each team comprises up to 4 archers – of any age or gender (refer Archery Australia Rule 3.2.6). Archers wishing to qualify for the team will need to satisfy the following criteria to be eligible for selection. QUALIFYING PERIOD From the 1st day of the month (four months before the event) to the last day of the month prior to the month of the Championships, inclusive (i.e. if the event is in July, the qualifying period will be 1 March ‑ 30 June). APPLICABLE ROUND World Archery 18m Indoor Round (60 arrows: Inner-10 scoring for Compound) SCORES Archers may submit as many scores as they wish during this period, subject to the following: Each Round must be shot at a programmed Club event at which at least four archers complete the round Archers will be responsible for submitting scores, to be received by the RLS at the conclusion of the qualifying period Valid scoresheets, completed in full and properly signed and witnessed, are also required to be either submitted in person or scanned and sent by email, within seven days of the date of the shoot. FINAL RANKING The best two scores submitted for each archer (for which valid scoresheets have been provided) will be added together and archers ranked in their respective Divisions (i.e. Compound or Recurve). TEAM SELECTION For each team, the highest four ranked archers, who have fulfilled the above requirements and who have entered the National Indoor Championships will qualify. Should an archer decline to be part of a team, the next ranked archer will be invited onto the relevant team and so on, until the team is filled. TEAM FUNDING No team funding is applicable for the National Indoor Championships.   To register eligible scores, CLICK HERE
