The aim of the review is to provide an opportunity for stakeholders to provide feedback to the board on how well we are addressing the objects of the association. Based on the results of this review, the board will revise the strategic plan and action plan.
The current strategic plan was agreed to in 2017 based largely on feedback from a Stakeholder Survey which was conducted in 2016, which is the most recent broad review. It is time to check we are still On-Target!
Date and Venue
The event is to be held on 18th May at the Mylor Club room, 9:30am – 4:30pm. Lunch will be provided. The 18th May is the day before the Max Manuel tournament so double the incentive for regional clubs to send a delegate.
The event will be run with an external facilitator.
Participants will include Board Members, Office holders and club delegates. Each club will be invited to nominate up to two delegates. The board has agreed to fund excess traveling costs for attendees. If you want to have a say, talk to your club delegate, or how about asking your club to nominate you as a delegate?
